The birth of each product begins from the field itself. For every perfect final result the key is to use excellent raw material.
The story begins almost half a century ago, when grandpa Athanasios Voutyris decided to leave aside all his other activities so as to buy the first tractor and take up farming. Two generations later we continue his work, having the obligation and moral duty to preserve this life work, with respect and care towards nature.
The varieties we cultivate are developed with natural cultivation and have been selected after years of farming tests and experiments in order to reach a result where all the aromatic and savory elements can be indelibly transferred from field to bottling.
When all the sugars and the acidity reach the desirable level, before the skin splits, we collect the pomegranates which offer their intense qualities to the composition of our drinks.
The early morning hours, before the first sun rays tint the earth, we collect the rose petals, preserving the oil in their gland tissues unaltered in order to flavor the alcohol.
Our location, between the lake of Polyphytus and mount Bourinos, create a unique microclimate, ideal for the growth and development of our fruit and plants.
